Our subject this week is American philanthropist, bird-lover, wrestling enthusiast and convicted murderer John du Pont. Born into one of America’s wealthiest and most prestigious families, John could have done anything. But a lonely childhood, a balls tragedy(?) and his failure to achieve athletic greatness chipped away at his sanity. Eventually, an unhinged John murdered Dave Schultz, a world champion wrestler who worked for him. Why? It’s unclear. Enjoy!
