Modern Art, Foodies & Queer Serendipity
Sam and Lucas start off this episode daring to ask what the utility of modern art even is? The conversation naturally takes a turn toward the pervasiveness of therapy speak in contemporary middle class Euro-American society. After feeling heard, seen, recognized and witnessed the boys shift to something a little more palatable – foodie tiktok. They attempt to trace the evolution of foodie culture that has dominated the tiktok landscape through the discipline of digital archeology. An important tangent on American Idol ensues. The podcast rounds out with our sheer admiration of serendipitous queer relationships. Peace and Love!
