Stress can be really hard on us. Whether you’re having trouble at work, dealing with problems at home, or having to do a podcast with two people who berate you on a regular basis our problems in life can cause physical, mental and emotional anguish. On this episode Greg talks about the history of a stress diagnosis and how best to cope. Apparently heavy drinking and large amounts of weed are not good ways to handle stress. Which was very disappointing to Kevin and John.
