Kjartan Hewitt has been working in film and television since he was 13-years-old. In his teens he competed and taught in the Canadian Improv Games while working on a YTV and CBC series. Kjartan cut his teeth, writing and producing plays and musicals in the Canadian Fringe circuit starting when he was 17. Claire, from the Bus was his fifth full-length play. While earning his bachelor of English Lit he worked under, Edgar Wright, Bennett Miller, Don McKellar and Kevin McDonald. At 30-years-old he's been a part of 70+ professional productions, not including live music and standup comedy performances.
