HEDDA LETTUCE (Steven Polito) is the “undisputed grand dame of drag comedy," (Michael Musto, out.com). Known as New York City’s premiere comic queen since 1985, Hedda continues to trend today on major networks (Showtime, HBO, ABC, Comedy Central, MTV), stages (Carolines on Broadway), theatrical films (To Wong Foo Thanks for Everything, Julie Newmar) and commercials. She has acted in popular television series alongside Liev Schreiber (Ray Donovan), Sarah Jessica Parker (Sex and the City), Tyra Banks (Project Runway), Vanessa Williams, and Madonna (MTV Movie Awards) among others. Hedda Lettuce has appeared on Logo TV, the Sundance Channel and Bravo.

Hedda hosts the regularly sold-out shows, Lettuce Rejoice and Hedda Presents the Classics. Her artistic works are on permanent display and for sale at galleries from New York City to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

Hedda Lettuce has had the pleasure of working with charity and community events of notoriety. She is also an ordained Reverend, performing weddings for all couples.
