Natasha Negovanlis
Natasha (she/they) is a Canadian Screen Award winning actor and dog parent from Toronto, as well as a writer, creator, and speaker who earned a global fanbase for her portrayal of the titular character in the hit series and movie Carmilla.
Since gaining notoriety for her portrayal of the “broody lesbian vampire”, Natasha has graced the screen in a number of comedies including the digital series Band Ladies (which won Best Ensemble Cast at the First Glance Film Festival Philadelphia in 2020) and Chicago-based indie film Freelancers Anonymous which won a 2018 ReFrame Stamp from The Sundance Institute.

In addition to acting, she is a trained soprano who studied voice performance at The Schulich School of Music at McGill University in Montréal. As a speaker and educator, she combines performing arts with conversations around mental health and has taught her “Improv For Confidence Building” workshop everywhere from CAMH to conventions across the pond!
When she is not wearing many hats (both literally and figuratively) she can usually be found giving tarot readings or trying her hand at stand-up.
