TPS Recommends: Sorry About The Murder

Since Victor is sipping rum punches in Jamaica this week, I thought we’d take the week off so that all four of us can be present to review the final 3 episodes of Shoresy 4. But instead of leaving the feed empty this week, I thought I’d take an opportunity to share with you an episode of one of my favourite podcasts.
Now before you hit skip, let me try to convince you why you will enjoy this as much as I did.
First of all, it’s Canadian. Set in a fictional Ontario town. Sound familiar? Secondly, there is a lot of hockey-related content, and thirdly, it’s really funny!
The show is called “Sorry About The Murder”, and as you can probably tell from the title it’s a very Canadian fictional crime podcast. Here is the description:
Every day in the nice little Canadian town of Beavermeount, Ontario a Zamboni driver has to solve a murder to clear his Québecois name…and the ice for the nightly hockey game.
It’s been described as Murder She Wrote, meets Prairie Home Companion, meets Letterkenny. Are you intrigued yet?
If you like fictional podcasts and you like our podcast, I really think you’ll enjoy ‘Sorry About The Murder’. These episodes are very short and digestible. I listened to season 1 in one sitting and loved it! You can binge it now too wherever you get your podcasts.
Season 2 drops this month!
You can listen to ‘Sorry About The Murder’ wherever you listen to podcasts.
To whet your appetite, I’m including episode 1 of season one in the feed this week.
Enjoy!
